

Tyler Orr - Excutive Director
Tyler is a senior in The School of Hospitality Business at MSU. He has been a part of the Vegas Night Executive Board for all four years. He started as the Poker Tournament Director for two years, then the Assistant Director last year, and finally the Excutive Director this year. When he graduates he hopes to work for one of the many casinos in Michigan or move out to Vegas to pursue his ultimate goal, to one day have his own casino. Besides Vegas Night, he is a member of the Izzone and a DIE HARD SPARTAN FAN!!

Rob Eyers - Assistant Director
Rob Eyers is a third-year senior in The School of Hospitality Business. His hometown is in Milwaukee, but he plans on moving elsewhere after graduation. Besides Vegas Night, Rob is involved in Les Gourmet and other activities around campus. He has been a part of Vegas Night since his freshman year, when he dealt blackjack. Last year, he added Bingo as the newest game available at Vegas Night. After last years success, he looks forward to what we expect to be a record-breaking Vegas Night!

Jack Marvin - Assistant Director
Jack Marvin is originally from Chicago and is a senior in The School of Hospitality Business. This will be Jack's fourth year with Vegas Night. He's also been involved with CAREER EXPO and Les Gourmet in his years at State. During the summer of 2009 he did an internship with Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. He feels fortunate to be a part of such an awesome team, and looks forward to the success of Vegas Night 2010.

Cara Easterbrook - Director of Finance
Cara Easterbrook is the Director of Finance for this year's Vegas Night! She is a sophomore and is really excited to have this position. Currently, she is completing an internship at The Gallery in Snyder Phillips. This past summer she worked as a chef and server at a Courtyard Marriott in her hometown of Livonia, Michigan. She doesn't know what she will be going into after graduation and plans on taking things a little bit at a time!

Chris Cheng - Director of Donations
Chris Cheng is a senior was born and raised in the Metro Detroit Area. After spending the first three years of his college career as a jazz studies major and a professional musician, he found his calling in hospitality business. Cheng did his internships for Columbia Sussex (Marriott Hotel and Resorts) and the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center. This past summer he worked at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, MI in the sales and marketing department. When he graduates, he would will continue his career in front office or casino operations.
Nadia Lanni - Director of Donations
Nadia is a Junior from Rochester Hills, MI. This is her first year on the Vegas Night Executive Board as well as the auction Board. Nadia is a hospitality business major. She has interned at the Royal Park Hotel, and is currently an events intern for the Governor at her Lansing Residence. Nadia is excited about her future in the Hospitality Industry!
Kathryn Wahl - Director of Marketing/Public Relations
Kathryn Wahl is a junior in The School of Hospitality Business. She is from Medina, Ohio and chose Michigan State because of its top hospitality program. Kathryn spent her freshman summer working at Lake Shore Country Club in Chicago, Illinois completing her level I internship and spent last summer studying abroad in China and Japan. Besides being a part of the Vegas Night E-Board, Kathryn is the assistant director of Les Gourmets. Upon graduation, she will pursue a career in event planning and hopes to evenually own her very own wedding planning business. This is Kathryn's first year on the Vegas Night Executive board and she is looking forward to being a part of such a great team!

Rose Halle- Director of Marketing/Public Relations
A native of Chesterfield, Michigan, Rose is a junior contributing to the executive board for Vegas Night 2010. During the Summer of 2009, she completed an extensive internship with Golden Hawk Golf Club in Michigan. Rose has also been very involved with other events and organizations in the Hospitality Associaiton including the Alumni Auction. Rose is currently working as an event coordinator intern with Spartan Fund and plans to graduate in December, 2011. She will pursue a career in the Events Coordination sector of the industry.

Katie Murphy - Director of Human Resources
Katie Murphy is a senior in The School of Hospitality Business. This past summer she completed her level II internship at a company called Conference Chicago housed in the University Center in downtown Chicago. Just prior, she completed her level I internship as a Front Desk Agent at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center while attending school. After graduation Katie hopes to move out of East Lansing to a larger city, such as Chicago, with a job title of event planner/coordinator. Katie feels that Vegas Night is an excellent way to gain leadership experience and have a great time learning and growing with fellow HB students and the community as a whole.

Cassi Weisman - Director of Poker
Cassi is the Director of Poker for the second year in a row and is currently a Hospitality Junior at Michigan State. She completed her first internship the summer after her freshman year at a 5 star 5 diamond hotel in Park City Utah at Stein Eriksen Lodge working as a front desk agent. This past summer she studied abroad in Hong Kong and Japan. The program's primary focus was on the study of hospitality business by touring many hotels and other hospitality organizations. Cassi is also part of the Les Gourmet Executive Board as this year's Human Resource Director. She dreams of one day managing her own hotel or casino. Cassi is very excited about being a part of the Vegas Night Executive Board again this year and will do her best to make it one of the best the school has ever had!
Courtney Vader - Director of Roulette and Money Wheel
Courtney is a Junior, Human Resources management major. She is currently looking into interning somewhere this coming summer. This is Courtney's first year on the E-Board, but her third year with Vegas Night. She is really looking forward to being a part of the best Vegas Night yet!

Rick Eckert- Director of Craps
Rick Eckert is from Mount Pleasant, MI and is a senior in The School of Hospitality Business at MSU. He is currently employed and has completed an internship with the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center. Upon graduation he plans to move to Las Vegas and pursue a career in the gaming industry while continuing his education at UNLV.

Andrew Blumberg- Director of Black Jack
Andrew is a Sophomore in the The School of Hospitality Business at MSU from West Bloomfield, MIchigan. This is his second year working with Vegas Night and he is excited to be the Director of Blackjack. Andrew is also the Co-President of the Lodging and Gaming Management Association (LGMA). After graduation, Andrew plans to move to Vegas and work in the gaming industry. He hopes to make this year's Vegas Night the best ever!

Brian Carroll- Director of Bingo
Brian is currently a junior in The School of Hospitality Business. This is his second year being involved with Vegas Night. This summer he hopes to intern in either London or Georgia at the InterContinental Hotel. Brian's dream is to hopefully work for IHG and be the General Manager for one of the InterContinental Hotels around the world. He is also the Director of Food and Beverage for the Alumni Auction. He loves hospitality and the idea of customer satisfaction because it truly does make the world go round!
